Bichon Frise puppies: 

The Bichon has become very popular of late due to its many favourable attributes. Low shedding and easy maintenance along with a friendly disposition these pups are ideally suited to life indoors. With their friendly character and loyal nature, these pups would be suitable for families young and old.

Coat: 

Bichon coats are double coats with a soft outer coat and a coarse undercoat. Unlike the fur of other dogs, the dense and curly Bichon hair will continue to grow until it is clipped. It gives the impression of not shedding, however, the hair that does shed tangles in the curls as opposed to falling loose. 

Size:

 In general Bichons will get to between 20 and 30cm in height and weigh 5 -7kg

Diet: 

Pups in this store are fed a fresh meat and a quality dry kibble mixed a minimum 2 x day. 

Exercise: 

Bichons will enjoy going for walks and playing ball, they are an active breed but will also enjoy lots of time cuddling. They may become overweight if diet and exercise is not maintained

Personality: 

These pups should be personality plus and should not be wary of strangers. They generally enjoy the company of other dogs and do well when socialised early.

Lifespan and health :

 The expected lifespan of a Bichon should be between 12 and 15yrs. The Bichon is a generally healthy breed but can suffer from Addisons disease, hip dysplasia and PRA.
