PomTi: Pomeranian x Tibetan Spaniel

The PomTi is a fabulous mix of the highly intelligent Pomeranian that should be responsive and bright with the fun loving and robust little Tibetan Spaniel. PomTi’s are fun and bright and make a great little indoor/outdoor dog, they should be independent and make a good family pet.

Coat: 

Whilst most PomTi's will retain the low shedding qualities of the Tibetan they can retain some of the Pomeranian coat qualities that are known as seasonal shedders. This needs to be assessed on an individual pup basis.

Size: 

We expect PomTi's to get to approx. 5 – 7kg and 20-35cm. 

Diet: 

Pups in this store are fed a fresh meat and quality dry kibble mixed minimum 2 x day. 

Exercise:  

PomTi's should enjoy going for walks and playing ball and adapt well to apartment living.

Personality: 

These pups should be personality plus and shouldn’t be wary of strangers. They also generally enjoy the company of other dogs.

Lifespan and health : 

The expected lifespan of a PomTi's should be between 10 and 15yrs. The major problems that can occur include luxating patellas and deafness and or blindness (these issues generally occur with merle coat breeding)
